Blood Suckers.....

Monday, September 25, 2006

The bloodsucker is a common insect that is found around the world. There are about 10-15 different species of them. The bloodsucker is often a carrier of diseases, such as mental trauma, emotional distress, physical distress..., and many others. The females, who drink blood, can carry disease from one animal or human to another as they feed, and those diseases include cardiac diseases also....

Ok ok bloodsuckers You win. I give up. I don't know what exactly it is that you want from me (other than my blood obviously)
but what ever it is...you can have it. You have broken my spirit and sapped me of the will to fight.
I am too busy scratching myself to resist any longer

I would like to point out, however, that I am not the only warm blooded mammal in this world.
Now that you have my unconditional surrender, perhaps you'd like a change of pace and might like to feast on someone else's blood for a change...just a thought.

I read somewhere..Dragonflies are the protection provided by evolution itself; protection against the mosquito, a hawk in the night sky ready to destroy our enemy with the illusion of stillness.

Oh dragonfly, bring swift death to the bloodsucker danger upon our open watersheds.

All are welcome! to the blood suckers party.....!!!

Free flow of thick juicy blood punch.

Hey this pic was taken during placement time... i got selected this day when the pic was taken...

Well as most of the intelligent people must have identified the title of this post .. yup its the trademark dialogue of Joey.. from FRIENDS....
FRIENDS..Well its one of my first loves... i have seen all 10 seasons almost 3 times.. voila... actually i thought of writing this post today morning when i gotta makeover of my face ... left some stubble on ma face and had a weirdo haircut... was actually tring to make the kaante sanjay manjarekar look but made a dumb chandler bing look..Will post a photograph within few hours.. as soon as i get something to get pics out of my cell..

Well on that note i will put out some silly billy one liners by Chandler here....

Chandler: C'mon, I'll show you to my room. That sounds so weird when it's not followed by, "No thanks, it's late."

and here is another one...

Joey: I've been thinking, ya know, about how I'm always seeing girls on top of girls?
Chandler: Are they end to end, or tall like pancakes?

Rachel: Chandler Bing? It's time to see your thing.

Njoyyy...

Art Of Living..... AOL... what the hell....

Wednesday, September 13, 2006

Hmmmm... lets c.. well i was thinking to write about this from a long time ago... around the month of march-april.. but have got time just now for this ... Well first of all i did a hell lot of research( i love orkut :P) on AOL to come up with the facts on which i wanna write....

i compare things rationally... their are two aspects of everything... pros and cons...
pros may b many but cons of AOL are so deadly that they have spoiled many young and bright youngsters of india...18-20 is definitely ot the age for bhajan kirtans...and all that stuff.. ur parents have not put thr hard earnd money to send u to college frm whr u can learn to attain moksha ....

I hate Art of living coz for me living is not an art,its a constant discovery of ourselves.I read a book called Monk who sold his Ferrari by Robin sharma........an extraordinary piece of work.Theres nuthing xtra ordinary abut Art of living stuff coz if we spend the same amount of time, we spend on those activities, with ourselves we ll be able to make our life much much better than what this so called arts wanna teach us
.Thing is that we constatly underestimate our self,we think that we can't do anything without the help of gurus.....Self Discovery is the best method to learn. No one can tell u how u must live ur life coz his interpretation and ur interpretation towards are bound to be different.I have met so may people who were once the ardent follower of this but now they themselves hate it coz they didn't find any transition in themselves via this course.

Reasons may b varied but the point is that it has proved to be ineffictive in the long run.We are so worried about our life that we ultimately forget living and enjoying it.Life is the way u see it.Sprituality cannot be learned, cannot be mugged up it is something that we have to search and irony is we keep searching it outside,in world of mortals via these arts and forget to search it within ourselves,in our immortal soul.

*************************************************************************
Well what an active AOL guy says
" the course that AOL provides is one of the best xperiences I ever had in my life...the powerful energizer SUDARSHAN KRIYA is the core part of the course..it takes hardly 30 min. to do it and in return i get calm, focussed and feel-good state of mind...it is said that the rest one gets in deep meditation is much more than sleep..i wud suggest everybody to take a try and do the course first and xperience the KRIYA first..then speak sumthing..."

And what a person says whom we rescued from AOL
I have done the course still i oppose it...Now what do u have to say?Go do the course again right?
Give me a break dudes!!!!First you say that go and do the course and when we say it is bad even after doing it u say u dint do it properly...Forget it man. What you call a feeling of calm and focused i call it a false sense of happiness. It is the happiness that one gets even when he has problems. Instead of facing them he accepts them as a part of their life. AOL doesnt teach you to fight with the problems. As young people we need to fight with our problems. Face them with courage and conquer them! Not run away from them.
************************************************************************

When you run a multi-million dollar empire like AOL, you have got to take care of Public Relations(PR). So don't give us any logic regarding the benevolence of His Holiness. I suppose no one ever called Mother Teresa by that name. She never did anything that would make her popular. She was not close to being as good a manager as Ravi Shankar, so she wasn't able to popularise her efforts. Going to a calamity-affected area and lending help is something even ministers and film stars do. Besides, it's also good for the brand name. Haven't you seen film stars go and kiss cancer patients and give out money. It is a good deed no doubt, and I am happy that at least some people's hard-earned money goes for a good cause. But, honestly all of you AOL people, that is not what you joined art of living for. You did it because somewhere in your mind you were distressed and needed help. You thought this place would teach you how to live. LEARN TO LIVE? Realy, if the time has come when someone else has to tell you how to live, you are in a pretty bad state. So this is how AOL gets all the fame and fortne - exploiting people's everyday failures and weaknesses. They just try and make themselves more agreeable with all the charity.

Coming back to Mother Teresa, she was once given a car for her efforts by the pope. She sold it in an auction to raise money for her work. She never had any philosophy or ideology. You need these things when you have to win over people. She couldn't care less. Her work was her prize, her fame and her life. THAT WAS HER ART OF LIVING. Live like that guys.Just try that On Sri sri.. n you will get to know how much he charges even to wave standing on the stage....

The madam of art of living meets with every one ,shake hand and hold tightly every one in her arms. Art of living guys say that it is right,if it is right then, after your marriage tell ur wife to meet and hug with every person going outside your home.

Is the art of living the only way to live? All these people all over the world are not living life to the fullest they can? Do you need some guy to tell you how to live? I know how to live. I love those people who are important in my life, and I instinctively dislike people whom I dislike. It's unnatural to not hate a person who measures up as 'bad' in one's conscience.Better it should be named ART of LOSERS

Sometimes... when i think...

Monday, September 11, 2006

Actually the title for this post should have been sometimes when i try to think....Why things are the way are.. What would happen if they were not that way... what if everything could change with just a wave of hand... what if we could just change things by our thoughts...

Isn't it astonishing that we spend an enormous chunk of our tiny lives in trying to understand what life really is, in simply making an effort to comprehend bits and pieces of it and in trying to regulate it when somewhere within we know that after a point life is beyond regulation and control by us?

Well what is the most easily controlled and most uncontrollable factor of life..?? Its the thinking.. The thought process of a man.. If controlled by head it can do wonders, if controlled by heart God knows...

As i may be sounding the Khanna-gone-sardar mode types but there is a reason for my thoughts to wander from the usual jolly-gud-singh types to mutthu-don-types...

Just had a thought why people are so afraid from each other that they wanna pull others downwards rather than rising the ladder themselves... as far as i can estimate, Indias population is over 100 crores, so even if u are in top 1 % of the masses u are still in 1 in 1 crore!!!! so how many can u pull down and how many will defeat you while u are busy in that???
Suddenly one day i realise that my convincing power is either dead or this world is full of morons, hedonosts and egomaniacs , wandering to prove something out to this world which even they are not sure of... huh!...

Anyways thats the crap machine that maintains the equilibrium of this world, so no worries about that as i said after a point life is beyond regulation and control by us.....
*********************************************************************
Anyways shifting to some light mood, (just few hours before a test of which i havnt even thought about touching the course) i was pondering in another direction... Cyber Love!! :D
Now Dont smile over that as if u have never heard of that. Some of my very close buddies have gone Commited !!!!@#!@$%^%, huh, over a past few months over the net!!!! Yup and the credit goes to Google Inc. For launching Orkut.com(the flirt central) for starters and then google talk ( for severe cases of Kharabo Cardio halat)... how can this happen someone you met just wandering over the net amongst 1 billion people and suddenly and/or gradually u realize that u have gone nuts over her??? without ever meeting over just on Voice chats and video chats people decide to spend their whole life together!!!! Been not able to digest that,i just think that i have landed 100 years forward by some stupid time machine...now just waiting to see some cyber kids some day.. :P

The Road Not Taken

Saturday, September 02, 2006

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that, the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
